The final meeting of CHESS and the first national conference of the Norwegian Geophysical Society (Norsk Geofysisk Forening, NGF) will be held from 18-21 June 2024 in Bergen at the Aula and the new Learning Arena of the University of Bergen.
After 8 years, the funding of the research school CHESS from NFR will come to an end. We will mark this occasion with our closing Annual Meeting on the 18th of June 2024, where we will also highlight the achievements of CHESS. The Norwegian Geophysical Society (NGF) will carry the legacy of CHESS. To mark this transition, NGF will host its first national conference directly after the closing meeting of CHESS from 19-21 June 2024.
All CHESS and NGF members will be invited to attend this big conference in Bergen. We will start abstract submission and registration early next year.
