The INES consortium and CHESS arranged a NorESM user workshop over four half-day sessions, from Nov. 20 to Nov. 28, with participants joining through a hybrid on-site/on-line format through zoom with hubs in Bergen, Oslo and Tromsø. The program included introduction to the NorESM system, instructions on how to run the model and handle model output, and some general guidelines on NorESM model development. A total of 37 participants, including 16 CHESS members, participated in the event. This event was part of the INES2-interim user training program, which provides infrastructure support for NorESM maintenance and development.
