The Norwegian Geophysical Society (Norsk Geofysisk Forening NGF) was established in 1917. The purpose of NGF is to facilitate collaboration within geophysics in Norway. The annual symposium is an opportunity to meet colleagues within different fields and to establish new connections.
This year, NGF in collaboration with CHESS, are also organizing an “Early Career Scientists side meeting” on 10 November as part of the Annual Meeting. After the conclusion of CHESS end of 2023, NGF is envisioned to become the home of early career scientist meetings in Norway with geosciences.
All CHESS members, in particular our PhD students are encouraged to participate. Travel and participation costs will be covered by CHESS.
Registration deadline is 15 September 2022.
